Finest English is a sole trading company owned and run by Judy Shakhov.
This privacy policy will explain how our organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you use my website, make an enquiry with me and/ or undertake lessons.
What data do we collect from the website?
Finest English collects the following data:

How do I collect your data?
You directly provide Finest English with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
Make an online enquiry.
Sign up to the Finest English mailing list.
If later you have an informal chat and assessment online, I will then also collect your telephone number and make notes about your circumstances, needs and previous studies including English exams taken.
How will we use your data?
Finest English collects your data so that we can:
Answer your enquiry and manage and tailor lessons.
Email you with information or special offers on services we think you might like.
Finest English will not share your data with any other companies.
How do we store your data?
Finest English securely stores your data online on a laptop and on Judy’s phone, both are password protected. Paper copies are kept under lock and key.
Finest English will keep your email and telephone number for 3 years after you finish lessons with me. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by shredding paper copies and deleting from the computer and phone.
Marketing
Finest English would like to send you information about services of mine that we think you might like. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Finest English from contacting you for marketing purposes.
