My Students
I work with intermediate level non-native English professionals and students. They are motivated individuals who already have a good general understanding of English grammar and vocabulary, but their friends and colleagues are no longer correcting them and they feel their language skills are slipping, which frustrates them no end. They know they have gaps in their knowledge, and weaknesses to work on, and want a strategy and plan to follow. They want to feel settled in the UK, but lack the confidence and knowhow to succeed here.
How I Work
Having worked with me, they gain clarity about the errors they make and together we tackle these, as well as moving onto more complex structures and lexical areas tailored to their needs and interests.
Because of the detailed individual feedback and targeted strategies, they know they are on track to move from an intermediate to a more advanced level.
The Outcome
They feel more confident and more empowered to get that promotion, new job, or join a new friendship group.
